Ini yang paling tak sangka sekali. Coz sebelum ni memang aku rasa susah sangat nak buat karipap. Kadang2 rapuh. Rupa2nya memang senang sangat nak buat karipap. Itupun pergi blaja dgn Yati Rizal masa mula2 baru sampai dekat Qatar ni. Zana pun join sekali. Kalau inti tu memanglah tak kisah nak pakai resipi yg mana, just kulit karipap ni kena faham n tahu betul2. Sampai sekarang aku boleh dikatakan oklah kalau buat karipap. Apatah lagi masa balik Pee Dee adik kahwin bulan 7 yg baru lepas ni, mak aku suruh buat. Kelakar betul. Nasi himpit n kuah kacang memang favourite aku sefamily. Selalu juga buat tapi tak sempat nak snap foto, so kebetulan Zana Remboe ada buat openhouse and dia minta tolong buatkan kuah kacang ni, apalagi ambil peluanglah snap foto sementara ingat. Resipi ni dapat dari mak Pee Dee. Diselitkan dengan petua Nor Batman kata letak gula nisan n serai banyak untuk rasa lebih sedap. Memang suka sangat dengan popia basah. Sebelum datang ke bumi Qatar ni memang tak pernah buat sendiri. Beli jer. Dah teringin sangat nak makan, that day call Along(not Ah Long) tanya macamana nak buat dari inti hinggalah ke kulitnya. Coz Along ni memang catering masak memasak. Kalau bab2 kuih ni memang tererlah. Yang bestnya popia basah ni aku sorang jer yg suka makan, anak2 prefer popia goreng including cik abang aku. Balik Pee Dee yg baru lepas aritu, aku buatlah byk2 coz senang sikit kalau tetamu datang kebetulan ada majlis kahwin so bolehlah hidangkan pada orang dtg menolong. Lama tak buat kuih ni. Busylah konon. Kuih ni memang favourite anak2 ku. Suka sangat2. Tapi kuih ni separa masak coz nak letak dlm fridge. Nak makan boleh goreng bila-bila. Entah macamana aku ni terdatang mood nak buat kuih ni kebetulan inti kacang merah ada lagi so aku pun mulalah menguli. Kuih ni senang jer buat just aku jer ada vitamin M yg banyak kadang2 n terganggu dgn routine as a crafter n tailor...ahaks...Entah macamana sedang isi kuih pau ni, tengok2 inti habis dah tapi adunan banyak lagi so with pleasure aku pun buatlah inti kelapa. Kebetulan kelapa parut yang Zana bagi aritu ada sepaket so aku pun mula dengan aktiviti yg sepatutnya. Lama jugalah nak tunggu inti kelapa tu kering so aku spend time with my routine as usual. Pau goreng ni aku ambil kelas dengan Kak Gayah yang memang tokey kek n roti n kuih.<br />

Inti kacang ambil dengan K.zi Amir n inti kelapa minta dengan mak Pee Dee. Yelah sebelum ni mana pernah buat. Bonus untuk yang buat pau goreng coz adunannya boleh juga untuk buat mini pizza (my favourite), donut, roti paung(org Trg) n burger Msia. <br />

Kuih ni nampak mcm puding pun ada, mcm bingka pun ada tapi sebenarnya bukan. Ini ialah roti lapis daging. Start suka makan masa pergi rumah K.Zi Amir Alhaya...sedap gilerr....bau pun best...apalagi muka tak malu minta resipilah. banyak kali dah buat tapi kadang2 cheese keraslah, kadang2 yg bawah x masak sangatlah...tapi yang ni mcm ok jer....<br />

- 3 biji kentang di potong dadu<br />
- 500gm daging cincang<br />
1 biji bawang besar<br />
3 ulas bawang putih<br />
1 sudu besar serbuk kari<br />
3 sudu makan minyak untuk menumis<br />
12-14 keping roti<br />
500ml susu segar<br />
3 biji telor<br />
secubit garam<br />
Parutan cheese (banyak ikut suka)<br />
Sedikit margerin untuk melenser<br />

Cara-cara:<br />
<br />
- Blend bawang+bawang putih <br />
- kemudian panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang <br />
- serta masukkan serbuk kari dan juga daging cincang+kentang+garam <br />
- Satukan Susu+telor+secubit garam <br />
- Pukul susu+telor+garam hingga sebati <br />
- Celupkan kesemua roti dalam adunan tadi <br />
- Ramas-ramaskan kesemua roti tadi <br />
- lenserkan bekas tahan panas dengan sedikit margerin dan letakkan 1/3 bahagian roti yang telah di ramas <br />
-Kemudian letakkan separuh daripada daging+kentang yang telah di masak tadi atas lapisan roti<br />
- Ulangi proses di dgn meletakkan satu lagi bahagian roti dan selebih bahan daging+kentang dan dilapisan akhir dengan 1/3 lebihan roti <br />
- Taburkan parutan cheese (banyak ikut suka) <br />
- Bakar dengan api sederhana selama 30-45mins atau sampai lidi tak lekat<br />
- Boleh dihidangkan semasa panas dan potong ikut sukaJika inginkan lebih pedas boleh hidangkan bersama sos<br />

Harini baru berkesempatan untuk membuat bubur lambuk version Qatar. Just letak daun kesum saja, daun2 yg suppose kena letak tiada di bumi Qatar ini, so kena balik Terengganu lah kalau nak pakai daun ni...dekat Pee Dee ada x? Tak tahulah pulak....Bubur lambuk ni buat lah jugak coz si Ina Klot ni mcm mengidam nak makan bubur lambuk..Ada juga 2,3 kali dia pesan. Gula melaka 2 keping direbus dengan secawan air<br />

- Tanak beras pulut dgn air dicampur dgn garam, pewarna n air daun pandan blender.<br />
- Dah kering air, keluarkan pulut tadi ke dalam bekas untuk ditekan supaya mampat...tekan dengan plastik.<br />
- sudah sejuk sedia dimakan dengan air gula melaka.<br />
